4 eggs (beaten)
1 1/3 cup milk
2 Tbs. Butter (melted)
1 cup flour
2 Tbs. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
In large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, flour, sugar and salt until smooth.
Heat medium size skillet over medium heat.
Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Using 1/3 measuring cup, scoop crepe batter into hot pan tilting the pan so that the bottom surface is evenly coated.
Cook over medium heat, 1-2 minutes on a side, or until golden brown.
Fold over crepes on each side and turn over and cook for 30 seconds and then serve.
you can use any topping of your choice!
fruits, chocolate or caramel syrup, whip cream and etc...
I found this recipe from Winco! Thought i'd give it a try! so good... that my children ate 3-4 crepes each! their favorite topping was using Nutella! Its chocolate with hazelnut. Its fun when you have a buffet of toppings on the table and let the children pick and add their own toppings! In the picture is my plate! I added thinly sliced bananas, chocolate syrup, sprinkled powdered sugar and then topped it off with whipped cream! Its yummy!!
