Cheesy Garlic Bread

Cheesy Garlic Bread


1/4 cup butter (room temperature)

2-4 cloves garlic (chopped fine)

1 tablespoon parsley (chopped)

1 Loaf French Bread  (cut open in half)

1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano (grated)



Mix the butter, garlic, parsley, and cheese.

Spread the garlic butter over the cut side of the bread.

Broil in the oven until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown
 
The bread came out okay. I have made better. I just wanted to try something different. I found this recipe online. It is still good though and good enough to post so you can try it too. :)
