Pork & Green Bell Pepper Katsu

Pork & Green Bell Pepper Katsu

4 pork chops

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4 cup flour

1 egg

1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

Vegetable oil for frying

Sprinkle salt and pepper on the pork. Put flour lightly on the pork. Dip the pork in beaten egg. Put panko on the pork and pat them well. Deep fry the pork in oil for a few min. Turn over the pork chops and fry a few more min. Until med. brown and crispy. Take out the pork and put them on a paper towel to drain the oil.
Do the same thing with bell peppers.
 *use Tonkatsu Sauce for dipping!
(located in the asian isle near soy sauce)

This is my grandma Atsuko's recipe that I got from her. It is very tasty and juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside.  You can use chicken and different vegetables too!
